Watercolor Basics
Perfect for beginners and beyond! We start with the basics of brush techniques and mixing colors and wrap up with a beautiful finished painting. Choose 1 theme (shown above) per lesson.

Drawing Basics
Learn basic drawing techniques for drawing still life objects like flowers and fruit. In this 2 part intro lesson, we open our eyes to drawing what we see, cover basic drawing supplies and techniques, adding value with pen and ink lines, and composing a simple still life.

Sketching outdoors
Meet me at a park or designated outdoor space and try your hand perspective drawing. We’ll learn tips for drawing outside and cover 1 point linear perspective, landscape composition, how to add texture, details, and shadows, and use watercolor paint for background and details.

$45 for each additional participant/lesson
group size
All lessons are designed as a 1:1, but I do allow small group lessons of up to 8 participants per private group. Please note that groups of larger size will typically require more time per session and do not allow as much personal instruction / guidance.
payment
Payment is due in full at booking to secure your date and time. I do not offer refunds unless I cancel the session (in which case you are given 100% refund). If you cancel with more than 48 hours until the lesson, I can offer a one time credit to reschedule.

ages
My lessons are designed for ages 10+. All minors must have an accompanying adult on location for the duration of the lesson.
DO I NEED TO PROVIDE MY OWN SUPPLIES?
In Person Sessions:
I provide the supplies for in person sessions as we will use a variety of materials depending on the theme. I encourage you to purchase your own supplies after your first lesson so that you can practice on your own, and provide suggested supply lists per lesson.
Virtual Lessons:
You are responsible for your own materials, and I will provide a supply list as soon as you book.
