  • Watercolor Basics for All Levels

    Learn 8 watercolor techniques you can use on your own or in the classroom with ideas and examples of how to use each.

    Relaxing and creative, 1 hour.

    Group size: Up to 35 people if the space has a smartboard or projector for a doc camera

  • Goal Setting: roots to blooms

    Guided goal setting. Expressive illustration. Can be individual or group goal centered.

    Fun and goal oriented, 1.5 hours.

  • mindful art for stress Relief

    Interactive lecture / presentation where we'll look at how the creative process and a mindfulness practice relate and benefit our mental and physical health.

    Participants will have the chance to practice mindfulness through breathing exercises, a mindful drawing exercise, and an optional mindful eating exercise.

    Group size: This option perfect for large groups and can be set up as a webinar as well.

  • Mindfulness and Self Care Tool Kit

    The goal of this workshop is to provide leaders with a self care toolkit for destressing, processing emotions, and using creativity as an outlet.

  • Workshops start at $300 and includes instruction and supplies for up to 8 participants. Price will increase based on group size, content, and any custom requests.

The above options and the $300 minimum include instruction and supplies for groups of up to 8. I can teach groups of up to about 12 for these workshops.

supplies

I provide all materials for these sessions, and have tables and chairs for up to 12 participants. I also suggest offering an art kit to your group or participants as a take home gift, this works really nicely for PD sessions and team trainings.

Payment is due in full at booking to secure your date and time. No refunds are offered unless I cancel the session (in which case you are given 100% refund). Payment can be made by credit card or venmo

Group offerings are designed with adults in mind. Contact me to design something for younger participants.
